Sometimes life pulls you in many directions and you need a little advice. There is support you can turn to when you need help meeting the everyday challenges of life. The Maine Municipal Employee’s Health Trust, in conjunction with Anthem, provides an EAP to all participating employers. Anthem’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential information, support, and referral service offering tools and resources designed to help maximize productivity and meet the challenges of modern life. As an employer-sponsored program, EAP services are available to employees and their household members at no additional cost to them. You don’t need to fill out a form or make an appointment to talk with an EAP staff member. To speak with someone, call 1-800-647-9151 or go to Anthem EAP website, select Log in and enter MMEHT.
