YCCAC is pleased to announce that the Orange Line (servicing Sanford to Wells) and the Sanford Transit (servicing Sanford and Springvale) will commence operating on a temporary schedule effective Monday, May 4, 2020, for essential services only, per guidelines issued by Maine State Governor Janet Mills. There will be no availability for those using the vehicles to just get out and ride around, sometimes referred to “joy riding.” Please see the updated schedules for your convenience. We will continue to provide rides fare-free until May 31, 2020. For the safety of our passengers, we have instituted a limit on seating capacity per vehicle. It will be mandatory that all passengers wear a mask while in our vehicles. If a rider does not have a mask, one will be provided.
