YCCAC Flu Clinic to be Held October 27 at Spruce Street


Our second YCCAC Flu Clinic will be held Tuesday, October 27, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., in the WIC Program office—not the WIC Conference Room—at Spruce Street. Staff can schedule their appointments by contacting Amber Drake at 459-2942 or Amber.Drake@yccac.org. Appointments are required.


YCCAC strongly encourages all Agency employees to get vaccinated against the flu every year, but particularly this season, as healthcare systems could be overwhelmed treating patients with flu and patients with COVID-19. Coronavirus cases have begun to surge across the country heading into the cold winter months, which makes it all the more reason to get your flu shot as soon as possible.


As we did in September, a raffle will be held for those who get their flu shots in October, whether at our Flu Clinic or at a different site. Getting the shot is all that matters. Two winners will select from the following:


• $25 Gift Card • YCCAC Hooded Sweatshirt • YCCAC Yeti Mug.


Grand prize drawings will be held at the conclusion of the campaign for chances to win:
