Briefly, I feel compelled to write about two of your outstanding employees; Heather Roberge from your Kittery, ME office and Jamie Newton from your Sanford, ME location. Recently widowed and forced to sell my home, I was directed to your Community Action Program for assistance. Both Heather and Jamie offered outstanding service that went above and beyond the call of duty. They guided me every step of the way to ensure my questions and needs were fulfilled, allowing ample time for discussion on each. I could never repay my gratitude for the help Jamie and Heather offered me and truly made a most difficult time, bearable. I would appreciate your commendation to these two individuals. They are an asset to your organization and you should be extremely proud that such professionalism, along with compassion, still exists today.
