Looks like paving of High Street has already begun!
Transportation has opened the back gate to allow vehicles to enter and exit this evening. The front gate (High Street) entrance will be closed around 5:30 p.m. (normal time) and will not allow access until tomorrow morning, once the paving crew and equipment is gone.
