Open Enrollment Kickoff


Open Enrollment has officially begun. You can now begin making your enrollment elections for the 2022 plan year in ADP Workforce Now. Please remember that you must enter the Open Enrollment profile whether you’re making changes to your current coverage or continuing your benefits as they are. The deadline for submitting 2021 benefit elections is 12/12/21.


To start the enrollment process, log in to ADP Workforce Now. The enrollment splash page will immediately appear. Select “START THIS ENROLLMENT”. If you select “REMIND ME LATER”, the enrollment profile can be accessed by navigating to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments.


Important Tips:


1. CHANGE = FORM: Our broker, the Maine Municipal Employees Health Trust, will not make changes to your coverage without a signed enrollment/change form. Electronic signature are acceptable. Benefit enrollment/change forms are located within the open enrollment wizard by selecting the plan name in blue. All open enrollment resources are available in the Important Documents desktop folder by selecting Important Documents > HR Documents > Open Enrollment.


** As a new feature this year, employees will have the option to electronically sign and upload change forms right in the open enrollment wizard.


2. 2022 Benefits Confirmation Statements will be sent individually to all benefit eligible employees for signature once the ADP Open Enrollment profile has been completed. The statement lists your benefit elections for the new plan year, effective 1/1/22. Even if you do not plan to make changes to your coverage, we still encourage you to complete the enrollment profile. The sooner the profile is complete, the sooner a confirmation statement will be sent and open enrollment can officially be checked off your to do list.


Open Enrollment Informational Meetings:

Our Health Trust Field Representative Debbie Bridges will join us via Zoom on Tuesday, November 30th at 3:00pm to provide education and answer questions regarding the health, dental, vision and life insurance plans. A second session will be held on Thursday, December 2nd at 8:15am for all Nasson Health Care staff as well as any employees who are unable to attend the first session. All employees will be sent an Outlook invitation this week for the first session to include the meeting ID and password. The presentation will be recorded and made available on the agency Bulletin Board.
