Open Enrollment Begins Tuesday - 11/15/22

We are happy to announce that Open Enrollment for our insurances begins Tuesday, November 15th. You must take action to participate in our benefit plans by Friday, December 9th. Changes made will be effective 1/1/23.

Open Enrollment elections will be made electronically through our payroll system, ADP Workforce Now. The Open Enrollment portal will open on 11/15/22, not before. Please refer to the Important Documents folder located on your desktop to access all Open Enrollment resources:

Select Important Documents > HR Documents > Open Enrollment

  • 2023 Employee Voluntary Deduction Costs

  • Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC’s) – PPO 1500 & PPO 2500 medical coverage options

  • Enrollment/Change forms

Please note the following updates to YCCAC’s benefit offerings:

1. There will be no increase in the employee cost per pay period for the Medical, Dental & Vision plans.

2. The Income Protection Plan premium will increase from $2.04 to $2.14 per $100 of coverage per month effective 1/1/23.

3. The Delta Dental plan increased the annual maximum benefit from $1,250 to $1,500 per covered member.

4. The Health Care Flexible Spending Account maximum contribution will increase from $2,850 to $3,050 for 2023. The allowed carryover amount will also increase from $500 to $610.

Open Enrollment Meetings

Our Health Trust Field Representative Debbie Bridges will join us for two open enrolment sessions to provide education and answer questions regarding the health, dental, vision and life insurance plans.

  • Location: Spruce Street/Dupee Conference Room - Wednesday, November 16th at 3:00pm – This presentation will also be available via Zoom. Zoom meeting details will be provided on Monday.

  • Location: Nasson Health Care/Downs Conference Room - Thursday, December 1st at 8:15am
