Momma Baldacci’s was a beloved staple of the Bangor, ME area back in its brick and mortar days. Sadly, in 2008, they closed their doors after over 70 years. However, residents missing this much adored institution rejoiced when it was reborn as a food truck and catering company in Portland, ME. Now, you can grab all that classic Momma Baldacci’s cuisine on wheels.
The YCCAC is delighted to announce that Momma Baldacci’s Food Truck will visit our Spruce Street site on Tuesday, July 26th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Nasson Health Care on Wednesday, July 27th also from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Each staff member can choose one item listed below from Momma Baldacci’s menu:
Meatball Parm Sub- Meatballs, Mozzarella, Red Sauce, Parmesan on a Toasted Garlic Bread.
Mac Alfredo- Pasta of the Day, Served with Alfredo and Topped with Toasted Panko, Fresh Herbs.
Sausage Sub- Mild Sausage, Fried Prosciutto, Sautéed Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, Mustard Aioli. Served on a Sub Roll
Pesto Hummus Veg Wrap- Greens, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Pickled Red Onion, Sliced Pepperchinis, Pesto Hummus (Can be made as a Salad if someone wants it Gluten Free)
Each staff member will also enjoy a Drink Choice, Chips and a Cannoli.
