Momma Baldacci’s was a beloved staple of the Bangor area back in its brick and mortar days. Sadly, in 2008, they closed their doors after over 70 years. However, folks missing this much adored institution rejoiced when it was reborn as a food truck and catering company in Portland. Now, you can grab all that classic Momma Baldacci’s cuisine on wheels.
The YCCAC Action Team is delighted to announce that Momma Baldacci’s Food Truck will visit Nasson Health Care on Tuesday, September 21st, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and our Spruce Street site on Wednesday, September 22nd, also from 11:30 to 1:30.
We had hoped to hold an all-staff retreat in October, but the continued threat of COVID-19 and its Delta variant has forced us to cancel this event. As a small compensation, YCCAC would like to treat you to lunch.
Please choose one item listed below from Momma Baldacci’s menu:
· Meatball Parm Sub- Meatballs, Mozzarella, Red Sauce, Parmesan on a Toasted Hoagie.
· Mac Alfredo- Pasta of the Day, Served with Alfredo and Topped with Toasted Panko, Fresh Herbs.
· Sausage Sub- Mild Sausage, Fried Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, Yellow Mustard. Served on a Sub Roll
· Pesto Hummus Veg Wrap- Greens, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Sliced Pepperchinis, Hummus, Pesto. (Can be made as a Salad if someone wants it Gluten Free)
Staff are also welcome to get a bottle of water, chips, and choice of Chocolate Chip of Plan Cannoli.
