Welcome to 2023! As we enter a new year as well as tax season, it provides a great opportunity for us all to review our personal information. Accurate information allows the ease of delivery for tax information such as W2’s, as well as important notices regarding any benefits you may be enrolled. Please take the time to review your information by logging into ADP Workforce Now at your earliest convenience by selecting Myself > My Information > Profile.
Payroll & Benefits Data
1. Myself > My Information > Profile. Here you are able to View and Edit your information to include mailing address, personal contact information and emergency contacts.
2. Myself > Pay to view your annual statements (W2 and 1095C), direct deposit information and tax withholdings. Employees are able to make changes to their tax withholdings here without submitting a form by selecting Myself > Pay > Tax Withholdings. Once submitted the information is sent to the payroll administrator for approval.
Changes to tax withholdings can also be submitted manually utilizing the Maine and Federal W4 forms found in the Important Documents desktop folder. Select Important Documents > HR Documents > Forms. Direct deposit changes must be made manually via a Direct Deposit Change form located in the same folder. Completed forms can be sent to Jennifer Spalding in the Fiscal Department at Jennifer.Spalding@yccac.org or via inter-office mail. For questions dial x2912.
3. Has your address changed? Do you need to make changes to your beneficiary designations? If so, complete and submit either a Health Trust Address Change form or Life Insurance Change form to Jeannine Kirven in HR at Jeannine.Kirven@yccac.org or via inter-office mail. For questions dial x2956. These forms can also be found in the Important Documents desktop folder by selecting Important Documents > HR Documents > Benefit Docs & Enrollment forms. Please realize that you must contact either AXA or Voya directly, if enrolled in a 403(b) plan, to update any contact information.
