Internal referrals across all YCCAC programs totaled 35 for the week of August 9 – 13. That brings or Weekly Average to 30. Our internal referral Weekly Average goal is 50.
Internal referrals are important because they provide our clients/patients with quick and easy access to the range of YCCAC services available and for which they may be in need. Please make every effort to administer internal referrals when appropriate—and please remember to close those loops!
