Part of Labor Law compliance requires employers to post hard copy notices explaining employees’ rights under certain federal and state statutes, including but not limited to, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and Federal minimum wage. The notices must be posted in a conspicuous place about the workplace such as an employee break room. As a result of COVID-19, much of YCCAC’s workforce is now working remotely. We wanted to take this opportunity to remind staff that all mandatory and non-mandatory federal and state labor law posters are accessible electronically via the Important Documents folder located on your desktop.
