YCCAC Employee Referral Bonus
YCCAC takes great pride in its recruitment and selection process and one of the best sources for candidates, are often through our existing employees. Thus, as part of our recruitment and selection process, we have extended our employee referral program until July 31, 2022. Employees of YCCAC are immediately eligible to refer candidates, who if hired, will result in receipt of a referral bonus in the amount of $350 (less regular deductions/taxes). The referral program is viewed as a supplement to, not a replacement for, regular new hire recruitment processes that produce a continuous flow of applicants.
The referral bonus program guidelines are as follows for all agency employment opportunities to include full time, part time and temporary positions:
The Agency Executive Director, Deputy Director, Human Resource Director and Managers to whom an applicant will report are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.
In the event the applicant is hired for more than one position, only one referral bonus will be paid.
Only applicants who meet the minimum qualifications for the position will be considered.
All applicants will be evaluated for employment consistent with YCCAC policies and procedures.
All information regarding the hiring decision will remain confidential.
The referral program only applies if the YCCAC employee refers the applicant prior to the interview process/hire.
Human Resources will complete the blue sheets for the referral bonus payments. The program that receives the new hire will be responsible for the cost of the referral bonus.
The YCCAC employee referring the applicant should email Sally Langlois the name, phone number, and email address of the applicant they are referring.
The applicant should apply for the position they are interested in online at the following website: https: //yccac.org/join-our-staff/. When the applicant applies online, when they are asked the referral source on the application, they must check “Employee Referral”.
The applicant MUST also include the employee as a reference on the employment application in order for the employee to receive the bonus.
Payment to YCCAC Employee:
Once an applicant is hired and has started employment, the YCCAC employee will receive the referral bonus in the next pay period following the new hire’s orientation.
YCCAC Employees are eligible to participate in this program from August 1st, 2021 through July 31, 2022. The Executive Director has the authority to implement or discontinue this program at their discretion.
