End the Year Strong: 90 Days is All You Need


Are you participating in The Last 90 Days series? You can join at any time. The next session will be held Wednesday, October 7, at 1:00 p.m. All that’s required is advanced reservation, which you can do here.


What if you committed to living your last 90 days of this year as hard as you are committing to living the first 30 days of the New Year? What if instead of a downhill slide into the New Year, you ramp it up! In this 5 part series, we will work with you in the last 90 days of the year to finish your year as strong as you started.


Wellness Works, a program of Maine Municipal Employee Health Trust, is offering this 5-part series to all YCCAC employees. The sessions are remote—that is, Zoom-delivered—and can be an exciting addition to your end-of-year activities; they may well help in guiding you into the New Year.


Each session begins at 1:00 p.m., and run on the following Wednesdays:


• Sept 16

• Oct 7

• Oct 21

• Nov 18

• Dec 16 The instructor for all sessions is Danielle Yale.
