1lb. Lean hamburger 8oz. Cream cheese 2 Cups Cheder cheese 10oz. Can diced tomatoes with green chilies 6oz. pack Real bacon bits 1tsp. Dried parsley Tortilla chips / Dippers
1. Brown the hamburger in a large skillet, drain the fat. Over low heat, stir in cheese, canned tomatoes (undrained), and all of the bacon bits except for 2tbs. (set aside for garnish at the end).
2. Cook until heated through and well-blended, stirring frequently.
3. Pour mixture into a 2 QT. crock pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir in parsley and sprinkle with the remaining bacon bits just before serving with your favorite dipping snack!
